I am a full professional member of the Association of Somatic Integrative Sexologists (ASIS). My work is guided by the association's code of ethics, placing your wellbeing, safety, autonomy, and informed consent at the centre of every therapeutic relationship.

I am also a full professional member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), one of the UK's leading professional associations for therapists. Membership reflects my commitment to maintaining high standards of professional practice, continuing professional development, and ethical client care.

As part of my professional responsibilities and ongoing training, I participate in regular clinical supervision with experienced practitioners in their respective fields. Supervision provides a confidential space for reflection, accountability, and continued learning, helping me to maintain the highest standards of practice while offering thoughtful, ethical, and client-centred support.

I am currently training to become a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner and have successfully completed the first half of the three-year professional training programme. As I continue my training, my session fees are offered at a reduced rate to reflect my trainee status.

Alongside my Somatic Experiencing training, I have also completed professional training in Bioenergetics and Massage Therapy. These complementary disciplines deepen my understanding of the body, nervous system, and the relationship between physical and emotional wellbeing, enriching the way I support clients in a safe, compassionate, and trauma-informed manner.
